DRIVE & EARN PER TRIP – APPLICANTS

INTRODUCTION TO COMPANY

Just In Time Transportation is a Provider of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Ohio. The company is owned by Rev. Dr. David Rex Orgen with office at 5900 Roche Drive, Columbus OH, 53229.

DRIVER REGISTRATION

  1. Interested Drivers must fill the online application form on our website using the link below:

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

We regularly communicate with drivers via the following means:

  1. Whatsapp (dispatching)
  2. Direct Phone Call (614-809 4451 – administration)
  3. SMS (614-809 4451 – administration)

DISPATCH

  1. Available trips are dispatched to drivers based on availability of trips as well as availbility of driver.
  2. Trip Informations are shared to drivers on a WHATSAPP GROUP PAGE dedicated to trips done by any particular driver. A sample will be shared for applicant to see.

TRIP RATES & ACCPEPTANCE

  1. The FULL TRIP RATES are included in the trip information for the driver to see how much the trip (to appointment and back) IN TOTAL pays.
  2. Trip rates are based on mileages between pick up and drop offs.
  3. Drivers are not paid for wait times. Regular appointments take between 1 hour to 2 hours. Drivers may continue to do other trips while their members are at their appointment.
  4. When Members are done their appointment, they will call the driver for their return ride back home.

COMPLETED TRIP VERIFICATION & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  1. Trips completed successfully must have signatures of members that were picked, sent to the designated dispatch whatsapp page.

Trips done without Signatures will not be billed.

  1. Completed trips go through an audit process to ensure that trip was was done. All cleared trips are paid in Payment for trip is made in WEEKLY BATCHES between 21 to 28 days after trip is completed .
  2. Payment is made via any of the following channels:
  • Cashapp
  • Check
  • Bank Transfer (Kemba Bank Only)

TAX

All drivers are considered INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS for which they pay their own 1099 and therefore do not fill a W2 form.

VEHICLE & GAS

  1. Drivers do trips using their own vehicle and gas.

CONDUCT
Drivers are supposed to be very professional in their work. Very kind and gentle yet discretionary and formal.

ORGANISTIONAL STRUCTURE

  1. Rev. Dr. David Rex Orgen (Dr. O) is the president, founder and owner of the company. He is also the one who disburses payments to drivers based on billing.
  2. Pastor Bernard Adu-Danso (Ps. B), is the Administrative Head. His department oversees Driver Registration and Training, Trip Dispatching, Monitoring, Billing and Complaints. Trips Coordinators are alwasy on stand-by to communicate with drivers concerning any trip.
