Where do you provide rides?

We serve riders across the whole state of Ohio — local trips and longer rides to specialists and hospitals in other cities.

How do I pay?

You can pay privately, or use Medicaid, a Medicare plan with transportation benefits, or a transportation broker or health plan. See how to book with your plan.

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can — at least a day ahead for most rides. Call us for same-day rides and we will do our best to fit you in.

Can someone ride with me?

Yes. A caregiver, family member or friend can ride along. Just tell us when you book.

Can I book a ride for my mom, dad or a patient?

Yes. Families, caregivers and care teams book rides for others every day. Put the rider’s name in the ride request, or call us.

What if my appointment runs late?

Tell us when you book if your return time isn’t fixed. Call us when you are ready and we’ll send your driver as soon as possible.

Do you go to other cities?

Yes. We drive anywhere in Ohio, including longer trips to specialists in other cities. See our service areas.

Do you set up recurring rides?

Yes — for dialysis, therapy and other regular treatments we can set up standing rides. Facilities can request them here.

Do you have wheelchair vans?

No. We provide ambulatory rides for people who can walk, with or without a cane or walker. We are happy to help you find a wheelchair provider.

Is this an emergency service?

No. We provide scheduled, non-emergency rides. For a medical emergency, always call 911.
