Ride policies

What to expect on every ride

Simple rules that keep every ride safe, on time and fair for everyone.

Booking

Book as early as you can — at least one day ahead for most rides. Same-day rides depend on availability, so please call.

Be ready on time

Please be ready 15 minutes before your pick-up time. Your driver will call or text when they arrive. Drivers can only wait a short time before moving on to the next rider.

Changes & cancellations

Call us as early as possible — ideally the day before — if you need to change or cancel a ride, so we can offer the time to another rider.

Return trips

If your return time isn’t fixed, tell us when you book. Call us when you’re ready and we’ll send your driver as soon as possible.

Door-to-door help

Drivers help you from your door to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the door at your destination, and can offer a steady arm. They can’t lift or carry riders.

Companions

A caregiver, family member or friend can ride along. Please tell us when you book so we send the right vehicle.

Service animals

Service animals are always welcome. Please let us know when you book.

Mobility

We provide ambulatory rides for people who can walk, with or without a cane or walker. We don’t offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Safety

Everyone wears a seat belt. No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs in our vehicles. Drivers may refuse a ride that isn’t safe.

Payment

For private-pay rides we confirm the price and how you’ll pay when you book. Medicaid, Medicare plan and broker rides are billed to your plan.

Emergencies

We are not an ambulance service. For a medical emergency, always call 911.
