Health information

When we provide rides for Medicaid, Medicare or other health plans, we may receive limited health-related information. We use it only to provide and bill for your transportation, keep it confidential and share it only as needed with your plan or broker, or as required by law.

Fare estimates

The fare estimate looks up the addresses you type with OpenStreetMap services to measure the distance. The addresses are sent only when you ask for an estimate and are not stored by us unless you send a ride request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who need it to provide your ride (such as your driver), with your health plan or broker, with service providers who help us run our business, or when the law requires it.

Your choices
